Conservation Day at the Capitol

Legislators are invited to join KACD and local conservation district representatives for lunch, catered by Sweet Dreams Catering from 10 am-2 pm on the first floor in the North Rotunda. 

Visit with conservation district supervisors, staff from across the state, and conservation partners from NRCS and KDA-Division of Conservation.

Conservation education tools will be on display for demonstrations, and conservation district representatives will be available to discuss how HB2023 from the 2022 session will positively impact programs and services provided through county conservation districts.
